According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United are set to reward Lisandro Martinez for his incredible debut campaign in the Premier League.
The Red Devils are reportedly eager to tie Licha down to improved terms and a longer deal despite signing him less than 12 months ago.
There were doubts over his height and whatnot but Martinez has proven everyone wrong. He's earned a place among the best centre-backs in the league and was unfortunate to have his season cut short with an injury.
Martinez signed a five-year deal when he joined from Ajax last summer but it appears the club want to increase his pay. Tying him down to a longer deal is reportedly on the cards as well.
Licha is expected to return during pre-season while the likes of Harry Maguire and Eric Bailly are linked with exits.
